Series Name : Kingdom Hearts (KH3D – Dream Drop Distance)
Comments : I decided to do this project on a whim (and rushed to complete it within 3 weeks) after finding out from a friend that Axel is alive and returning for KH3D but as his original form of Lea. In addition, in the secret ending of the game, we found out that he also was enroute to become a Keyblade master and has his own Keyblade. This photo was one of the onestaken during its debut at the Anime North 2012 Masquerade contest. From what I heard from friends and fellow cosplayers, I not only executed Axel/Lea well, but I might be the first North American cosplayer to complete and debut his new keyblade. So worth that last week of almost no sleep…
