Comments : The idea to cosplay as Mei started when a friend and I were tossing around ideas of a duet cosplay. We eventually settled on the idea of Hokage and Mizukage. I didn’t really know too much about the Mizukage then, but over time I learned about her and she grew on me. This costume is the 2nd I’ve made myself.
