A Little About Me

Hi! My name’s Samuela, but I use also my nick UmasLady which is the same nick I have on World of Warcraft and League of Legends! I’m a fashion designer and cosplayer, I currently live in Modica (RG) in the beautiful Sicily! My city is most famous for chocolate! :D

I usually choose characters that sometimes have something that represents me, perhaps in the nature or in the physical... genre fantasy and quite complex because I like to test myself. My costumes are made all by myself, I studied fashion and I made all kinds of clothes from design to cutting and sewing etc.. since 13 years. For me to be cosplayer means have fun and meet people with the same passion, not just for cosplay, but for creativity in general. I believe that a world without art could never exist. Through the cosplay, I have friendships everywhere throughout Italy, a convention is the perfect time to review many distant friends and spend pleasant hours together, take lots of pictures and above all laugh. Whenever I returning home, I have a wealth of thoughts to write.

Description: Lady Vashj is another one of those costumes that took my breath, the construction is similar to that of Cassiopeia, but much more complex for the arts that I had to make in papier-mâché, the headdress of snakes etc. ... But I have wonderful memories of this costume  you can see a video I made myself of the "work in progress" ->

Description: one of my favorite costumes, made in 2010, I had the opportunity to do a shoot in a garden in Rome and climb a tree ... The costume has all the leaves hand-embroidered, the armor is faux leather, it is purely a costume tailoring and you can see a video I made myself of the "work in progress" ->
