CaroLink: Sailor Jupiter from Sailor Moon Cosplay

Comments: This costume was a lot of fun to make. I chose Sailor Jupiter’s original outfit since she wears it for the majority of the show. There were a lot of new techniques I learned on this costume; I had never pleated a skirt before, and I handpainted the boots with special paint to match the fabric(I also handmade the laces). I used my real hair with a thick ponytail extension that matched my hair color. The earrings were also handmade from scratch. Everything was handmade from scratch except the hair extension, and the base of the boots.
