Comments : Worn at Katsucon 2012, didn’t finish the entire costume sadly due to lack of material I brought to the con ( missing my sleeve and glove rolls!)
I didn’t let that stop me from wearing it though! Was able to cosplay this with a beautiful Sailor Neptune and had a blast as one of my favorite Senshi!
