A Little About Me

Hi everyone, I'm Adrian from Vietnam. I have been cosplaying since September 2005 so I just passed the mark of 7 years.

I made my own first costume (Yzak Jule from Gundam Seed) in 2005 but it's not until 2008 and onward that I actually made most of my costumes instead of commissioning for it to be done by others.

With above 70 costumes, I sometimes wondered how people who cosplayed for much longer than me can keep up with storing their costumes (^^""). While I am more comfortable in male costumes, I have tried in the past 2 years to try more female characters as well as cosplaying many different types of personalities to improve my ability.

I also would like to thanks everyone for their supports that got me through the first round. ^^~~

Description: The wings, as you can see in the picture, is big. And while it's not that heavy, carrying it up a near vertical emergency staircase from 17th floor up to rooftop while in costume (all leather and metals) is one of those things that I prefer not to try again =.= especially on windy day.

Description: Photoshoot in or on water had been one of those things that I wanted to try out for a while but when I actually got into the water, I kept wondering how others deal with posing in a pool because as pretty as it may look in pictures, water photoshoot is a big annoying mess to deal with in reality.

Description: This is probably one of those times when one looks at their own pictures and go "Just how did I end up with this expression?". I don't cosplay a lot of female characters and the word "sexy" is something that is very very far away from the list of of words that other would use to describe me, whether I am on costume or not. And that's what makes me feel a little bit weird out by this whole photoshoot. ^^"
