A Little About Me

First of all, I want to thank you guys so much for voting for me that I was able to qualify in the final round!

My name is Mimi Mon, i am an artist enthusiast from Philippines. I usually go with the unique type of characters. I always make my own costume and make it as close to the references as possible.

I am Hopeful that I have given justice to the characters that i had cosplayed and you can view my other works at my own cosplay page

Description: Wearing this costume really gave me hard time (specially during the convention) oTL. People kept on asking me if i can really see and even makes me count their fingers for proof. :I Well actually, I cannot really see clearly through the mask, all that i can i see are silhouettes or everything surrounding me, and that is the reason on how i was able to dodge them. For this photo., we are trying to interpret the other side of Maria, on where she is waiting and praying in vain for Marian to arrive.

Description: I cosplayed this one last 2010 (my first year at cosplay) but looking at it now., i'm not really happy with my skills at making costumes back then. So i decided to remake the whole set along with the props and had a shoot with fellow Cosplay Group (No Na Me) Member this 2012 and the above pic is the outcome. I really love Moka even though character was just so different from mine and i do hope that i gave justice to her :I

Description: I really love the Kuroshitsuji season 1 (NO TO SEASON 2) anime series and it really broke my heart when it ended., I kept on craving for more so i started following and reading it via Manga. I really want to Cosplay either Ciel or Sebastian but i don't that i can give them enough justice for i really do respect them., so i decided to cosplay one of the supporting characters and then saw this Badass version of Meirin in the Manga *A* It wasn't really high-lightened in the anime, So i fell in love with it as soon as i saw the whole page showing all the details and bad girl aura oozing from her. It's just soooo SPaazzz
