A Little About Me

I’m Joel Delos Santos aka Triggerman. I’m a costume maker and a professional cosplayer. I’ve been cosplaying since 2005 back when cosplay wasn’t that popular in the Philippines.

I cosplayed a lot of characters since then. From Big Alien Robots like starscream from transformers down to the simplest like Kai Suwabara of Yakitate Japan.

I learned different styles of making costumes with all those years of experience and was able to share some of the things I learned to others as well. Before, it was just a simple yet out of the ordinary hobby for me. Now, I can say that in a way, it’s a part of my family’s life.

I met a lot of people and experienced a lot of things in cosplay. Cosplay had done a lot of things for me. Not just a form of entertainment and occasional source of income, like I said, it’s a part of my family’s life because this is where I met my wife who is also a cosplayer and now we are passing the legacy to our daughter.

I would like to thank all those people who voted for me. If it wasn’t for you guys, I wouldn’t be able to land myself a spot in this competition. So thank you very much for voting.
