Comments : Kurenai was, and still is my first ever cosplay, for which I am really proud of (mainly because she is not a very popular character). Although I have cosplayed before (closet cosplays), Kurenai was my first official one that I debuted at Anime North just a few years ago. I wanted to portray a character who was a good role model and had the confidence I do not have. Because I had been catching up on the series at the time, Kurenai really stood out to me. Of course, being able to cosplay without a wig also made it easier for me to choose. The pose I chose represents Kurenai’s love for her unborn child as well as her undying love towards the father of her child even when he is not there. Of course, there are so many amazing cosplays in this (most way better than I am), but I will really appreciate any votes!
