Comments : This costume is 100% hand made. The headband, book, and a few other props were purchased. The wig was ordered online, and cut/styled at Luxe Salon in Mt. Vernon, WA. Hard to see from this angle, but the left eye is Kakashi’s Mangenkyou Sharingan
