Comments:  This is the ‘TimeSkip, Blood Loss’ version of Sanji  after he loses too much blood from not seeing any women for 2 years. Upon seeing his crew mates, Nami and Robin, and how they’ve “matured”, he loses so much blood via his nose that the ship’s doctor must set up an IV of blood for him to survive. He isn’t complaining though. He’d rather die than live a life where he can’t do perverted things!
