Comments : This is my first time entering the said contest. I love Hideo Shimazu because along with Hayato, he is the only teacher in the game. I kinda perfected his move in this pic, the Rai-ei-shun (Lightning Kick), but it has little flaws. Also, I wanted to show that old-school arcade characters are still cool.
