Comments: Harley is just such an amazing character I wanted to do her cosplay for a very long time. I opted to use my own hair in pigtails instead of a wig, since I thought blonde would look really bad with my skin tone. I debuted this costume at Kontakt 3 and had fun walking around as Harley all day.
