Anza: Tomoe Mami from Puella Magi Madoka Magica Cosplay

All the patterning for Mami was drafted by myself. I used dupioni for the skirt, shirt clasps, and other matching pieces. The corset was made out of a lovely, but subtle brocade I got at a fabric swap. I only had half a yard though so I had to make sure I got it right in one go! The costume overall was a LOT of fun to make as it included some of my favorite costume elements but also proved to be a challenge to put them all together cohesively. However, I think my favorite part of this whole outfit is my tiny hat and hair gems :) The little details tend to be my favorite!
