Mikida Michaelis: Princess Sakura from Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle Cosplay

Comments: The base of the costume was drafted from various patterns and made out of white bridal satin. All of the gold, black, and burgundy details were cut from crepe back satin and appliqued to the surface. The pink jewels were cast using resin and dye to match the reference colors. There are somewhere between 300-400 coins on the costume which were sewn on individually by hand. As a character, I love Sakura very much, and was happy that I was able to bring her to life through cosplay.
