Comments: Although the cosplay may seem simple, many laborious hours of love were put into this cosplay. The tutu is composed of; many layers of stuff tulle and netting, all of which were hand pleated and tacked, a metal hoop helps the tutu hold its shape, each feather was applied by hand.
