Andrea Starnes: Anarchy Stocking from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt Cosplay

Comments: This whole costume was fun to make and wear. It’s all made of dull satin, has spiral steel boning in the corset part, and is a full, single dress. I didn’t want a separate corset over my dress, so it’s all done together. I switched up some colors to break up all the white in Stocking’s dress. I wish you could see my wings better in the picture, but they are completely handmade and they just slide right into the back of my dress and support themselves. I added light blue feathers in them to again break up all the white. The gloves and white part of the stockings are lycra, the blue is a stretch knit, and the silver on the gloves is stretch vinyl. I spruced up the bows by making them out of layers of ribbon, and the hearts are plastic ornaments, painted, filled with expanding foam, and then pinned to the dress. I wish I had a better solo picture, but I had Panty and Garterbelt with me, so most of my awesome pictures are with them^^
