Comments : After this costume, my living room looks like a phoenix exploded.  All of the designs on the corset were cut out & applied by hand. Around 20 brass wings were applied for the bracelets, necklace & hair clips,  The 150+ feathers are hand dyed. Applied to a line of cording & batting for the shawl & batting & wire for the skirt. The designs on the shoes & gloves are hand painted on. The gold wings on the shoes are craft foam reinforced with wooden frames. The chakram is insulation foam, sanded down by hand into blades at the outer edges, reinforced with a hula hoop, sealed in mod podge, hand painted & then coated in resin for strength. The embellishments are hand painted craft foam & model magic.
