Comments : This cosplay I have been wanting to complete for a while but never got around to finishing it till now. The costume itself was very simple to make with the right patterns, the only challenging part was creating the Harkonnen cannon to be able to work with weapon restrictions and size with still having that true Hellsing style :P
So here she is Seras Victoria from Hellsing. ENJOY!  ‘pyoom pyoom’ ^^
