A Little About Me

Hello everyone~ My name is Lian, I'm 16 and a high school senior in California! When I first started cosplaying, I had no idea that it would become so important to me. I know I'm not the best cosplayer ever, but I'm learning so much from cosplaying and gaining so many wonderful experiences and skills from it.

For me, cosplaying is a journey that I will continue on for a long time. I will work harder to build my skills and I will keep doing what I love. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to all my voters and to everyone who has supported me and my cosplays!

Description: ...This costume. Just LOOOOLLL. I’m really not used to pulling off “sexy” or having anything to do with “sexy,” so this was kind of a challenge for me. Mini skirt and shirt were handsewn, badges made out of craft foam.

Description: Tifa was my first cosplay back in 2011. It was a pretty simple costume, but Tifa is one of my favorite characters of Final Fantasy so this costume was so much fun to wear.

Description : I had such an amazing time creating Vanille and debuting my costume at AX 2012 with my Final Fantasy group. I think Vanille is such a wonderful character and I love her to bits~ The first time I saw her in FFXIII, I just fell in love with her design and personality. I consider this costume to be my first real cosplay; I spent so much time gathering reference pictures and materials to make her costume as accurate as possible. The costume took me around 8 months to complete because there were so many details and I had to experiment with a lot of the materials~
