Comments:  Probably the hardest costume I’ve taken aboard so far.  The majority is either made from bought fabric or clothes that were modded for the costume.  The armour took ages to make since I’d never worked with foam before, and getting everything to connect together and not fall off was a chore.  Pretty happy with the result.
