A Little About Me

Hi everyone ! My name is Suzie, my cosplay name is Suki. I have beening cosplay since 2010. My very first cosplay was actually Kakashi. Though I didn’t know anything about it, I literally fell in love with that community at my first convention. I have a lot of other cosplays besides Kakashi, such as Celes (FF6), Uranus (Sailor moon), Erza (Fairy Tail), etc. However, Kakashi stays my fave character to cosplay since I can interact with a lot of fans and have tons of projects during conventions and outside. Actually, I’m the official Kakashi cosplayer for Crunchyroll, which I’m very honoured to be. I also made many versions of him and I’m still making more. I can’t be bored of him since each version is another challenge to make and is very different from the others. Thus, I can be in a real ninja uniform or in a sexy design steampunk outfit and still be in character.

All my cosplays are handmade. The important thing for me is not necessarily to impress with the complexity of the costume, but to look as much as possible like the character with every little detail. I want to bring characters to life, not only showing off my skills.

Cosplay 1

Description : I wanted to make something different and original for a Kakashi cosplay, which is particularly difficult. However, I also wanted to make a version that we actually see in the anime/manga. If you’re a fan of Naruto, you will certainly recognize this version. We only see that version for like 2 minutes in Episode 82 of Naruto, when Itachi tortured Kakashi in his Tsukuyomi world. All the colors are inversed; Kakashi is then black and white. I made everything on this cosplay, exactly like for my Jounin Kakashi. One interesting detail though, yes I have a black and white sharingan in my left eye!

Description : I LOVE steampunk style! So I wanted to make a steampunk cosplay inspired by an anime character. I chose Kakashi because I loved the fact he’s wearing a mask for a steampunk outfit. Though, I wanted a girl version since I had ideas for something sexy with a coat and a corset. People easily recognize the character even in girl mode because of the eyes and the mask especially.

Like each of my cosplays, everything is handmade, including the hat, the mask and gloves. Hope you like it!

Description : I made everything on this cosplay, including the headband, gloves, mask, shoes and of course my vest. I even made my own Icha Icha book for this costume. It took me about 3 months just to make my vest so it was as accurate as possible. I particularly paid attention to the collar and the pockets, these can be opened from the bottom so I can put scrolls inside like in the anime. I try to style my wig so it looks spiky, like his, but still realistic.
