Namitha Lakshmi Gubbi: Candy from Holy Musical B@man Cosplay

Comments: This costume got the stamp of approval from its original designer, June Saito, and the woman who performed wearing it, Jaime Lyn Beatty, when I wore it to Team Starkid’s APOCALYPTOUR concert in Philadelphia.  With the exception of the wig and the shoes, I made everything for this costume.  The skirt stands up on its own, tutu-style, and was made using heavy interfacing, patience, and hot glue.  Although they are not visible, the costume included a pair of candy earrings and a candy necklace that I made from hot glue. Few thought I was Pinkie Pie (MLP) in this costume.
