Comments : I enjoy doing Allen, as I feel I can relate to him easily. Even though the “Noah/14th” makeup can be a bit of a pain in the butt sometimes, it’s still one of my favorites to cosplay. The church is the Mariner’s Church in Detroit, MI. As this version of Allen is part of the more current chapters, many have yet to really see him. He’s currently constantly on the move while dealing with the awakening 14th, Neah, within.
